God’s praise and peace be upon the Messenger of God

Brother , His Majesty , King of Bahrain, Dear Brothers , Al Salam Ulaikum Wa Rahmat Allah  Wa barakataho

From the Eastern of welfare , bestowing and development,  The Eastern of Noble men , who continuously proofed   faith to their religion then to  their country, which God cherished it with its True Religion ,and  its faith men such as you ,  my greeting to all citizens , men and women , I pray to God to assist me to serve you .

Noble brothers  in previous occasions  I have named  the first well of petrol , (Beer Al Kheer ) Well of Welfare , Today , I can say that the Eastern Province worth to be named ( Welfare Region ) , in which by the God grace for his believer worshipers  offered  earth treasures, from which industrial booms start , on the ground of this Province a high edifices are raised which became the proud of every citizen  , such as  Saudi Aramco , SABIC , Royal Commission in Jubail and Yanbu  all these granted  by God , so benefit and welfare speared all over our Blessed Kingdom , God Willing .

Dear Brothers  your  Kingdom shall remain granting  welfare to its citizen , brothers , friends and all human , .raising monotheism flag ,trusting in God  , for better or for worse , Thanking you for this warm reception, I pray to God to preserve peace , prosperity and unity of this country ,under magnanimous Sharia .
